So, I'm about to embark on a DAC project using TP parts for the digital side. I just bought the MUX and I already have the toslink module, as well as I think the USB receiver. So, that's 2 of the 4 available inputs for the MUX. For home use, what other connectors should I use? Is BNC more popular than coaxial (RCA), or is it the other way around? I doubt I'll run across a need for balanced AES, since I'm not doing pro audio. Any suggestions?

So, I looked up the digital audio standard and it seems that the standard connectors are: RCA, Toslink, and AES, with an approved optional BNC in place of the RCA.

I think I'll go with USB, RCA, Toslink, and AES.
