Leave the DAC off. If you power the IVY-III alone do you still get the Buzz?

Probably from my tube amps. I now have much interference in both channels with now about half music although the left channel is going in and out. I have resoldered again the dac board etc and still the same. Have taken out the sidecar and hooked up to the spdif 4 directly and I get the same noise and partial music.

Take the boards out of the box and see if you can get them to run silently.
