If i wanted to match the transistors, which should i match to which and what tolerance? Thanks.

The most import (read on) would be the NPN transistors, and you would would want to match for VBE - it only matters that they be matched deferentially. The particular value is not that important. In the end this cct is actually not that dependent on exact matches. :) That is one of the great things about it. Still it does not help if you want eek out that extra little teensy bit of goodness. :)
