Newbie Question- whats the difference between VDD_XO and DVCC?

I have got as far as installing the Tridents, and the VDD_XO and DVCC ones came in the same bag. The manual tells me that they have identical R4 and R8 values. My two boards appear to have these 20 Ohm and 1.47K values, and to be otherwise identical. Are they identical, or which is which, or does it not matter which one goes where on the board? Please help!
