Gday Russ and Brian,

Been reading away merrily, and have since purchased one (mid may ship )of these modules to go along with the WaveIO and an Alix running Voyage MPD Linux for USB implementation. SPDIF is a possibility but later.
My curiosity question is thus, wanting to combine the internal dacs to one left and one right stereo output, I realise this is balanced output however I am confused as to current capability of each dac channel. Is each channel capable of 16mA or is it when grouped as a quad the left would be capable of 16mA? I'm running on the 16mA per dac channel, so therefore one would get a theoretical 64mA's per quad.
Can you guys confirm this please? I have been reading back and forward through the documentation and I figure until I have the board in hand I really won't make sense of each section regarding jumpers etc. I would like to try using transformers to turn a balanced to unbalanced out to a tube, and try a tube unbalancer per Broskies method. I see Bluey has done this already.

Also, is it a simple dip switch setting to turn on/off the upsampling?
