Hi,

after upgrading my buffalo 2 with tridents and powering this with a placid 2.0.1 I do not have a lot of headroom for powering the mux 4-1. Is it better (sonically) to use a shunt type power supply for the mux or could I use a common 317T type power supply. This i would also use for the usb board (would it here be better to use shunt?) and arduino/LCD display.

317T supply would be fine.
