Now this is new again: When the COAX is in use I can just connect the signal and ground as it should + and - and no ground. Everything works fine. But when the COAX is removed I have to tighten the - to the GND of the Chassis for a clean Lock of the Toslink...

I had the distortion again but now with no groundings, no Pin 1's connected at the DAC at all.

Have you lifted the earth/ground connection to the cases, all 4 places ?

Something else, I just came to the idea;
Why do I use 75 Ohm Coax cable for the Toslink Module?
I had to install a 10 Ohm resistor anyway...
I think my sound improved :)
O another thing. The Buzz was happening again. I think I can influence the intensity of it by moving the balanced cable of the LH channel of the Hypex...
I'm going to re-solder it. Maybe there is a crack in the cable.

Ok I resoldered the LH XLR cable of the Hypex. I did not trust him anymore. Few weeks ago I had to jiggle the wire because the LH channel was faded a little..
No I have thrown everything of the Ground.
Now there is just a minor 50 Hz Buzz to hear from both speakers left........

I think (hope)  that I have taken care of the distortion for once and for ever! On the advice of Brian I skipped the complete Pin 1 to Chassis story. I Also cutted the Hypex from the Chassis Ground. This improved the situation. Now the buzz was not loud and unpredictable anymore but constand a little trough both speakers. You really had to lay your ear against te speaker but still a 50Hz Buzz was noticed. Leon said that I had to connect all the Pin 1 Shieldings with eachother but not with Chassis ground. After doing so, the Buzz completely solved! (for now )  Not any kind of little distortion can be heard trough the speaker. I will add the recent scheme.
