How will i increase the output voltage from IVY III?

Good day to all!
I would like to increase the output voltage of the IVY III from standard 2V to ~2.4V. Is this possible? How will I achieve it?
What will be the drawbacks of this?

You have to increase R13-16. Something like 215-220 Ohm should be good. Use matched resistors (0,1%) of good quality. There are no practical drawbacks with this. There will probably be a very small increase in noise, but that's just a theoretical "problem", not audible. Edited by user Thursday, February 2, 2012 4:28:09 AM(UTC)

I have been told that by increasing it, i will have better dynamics. Compared to the increased noise, will this be audible? Has anyone tried increasing the voltage output from the IVY? What were the results?

I have not experimented with this, but my guess is that it doesn't affect the dynamics, everything just becomes slightly louder. The IVY is allready designed for best possible dynamic range.
Btw; the increase from 2V to 2,4V is very small. Appr a 1,6dB increase. That is barely perceptible for experienced listeners. The average guy needs a change of about 3dB to recognize a change in sound level.
What I wrote about noise is very theoretical. Guess it will be hard to even measure any change....
