Newbie here, I am planning to get a macmini for music and I just placed order for BIII. What is the best way to play from usb to BIII? I understand async usb is not available yet, but what module do I need to connect to BIII? Or would it be better to wait for async module (if that will be available soon?) or to get a hiface? Im new to both the buffalo and computer audio so any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Then new USB module will surely be the best choice, but until that is available you could use the old module.

You could use the optical spdif output in the short term.
