On the v1.1 board there are new positions for RS1-RS4 parts.

Are they supposed for resistors with same resistance as it is on R1-R4 resistors?

They are only for use when using an AES/EBU with greater than 5Vp-p signal (not common). Otherwise, just jumper them with wires.
