Hello,
The Legato 3.1 is connected to the Sympatico through the balanced output.
The volume of the Grado SR60 headphone is too low when the Sympatico is turned off. The volume becomes ok when the Sympatico is turned on. The same situation happens when the Sympatico is not connected to any speakers. Is this normal? Why is the volume of HP_OUT affected by the balanced output? Thank you very much.

Just find out that if the Legato's balanced output is not connected to anything, then the headphone volume becomes louder. So now I need to disconnect the Sympatico whenever I use the headphone. Is this the expected setting?  Thank you very much, Steven Lau
