I've just discovered, that volume is set to maximum if the volume pot is set to minimum (or a bit more) and the Buffalo is powered on. But right after moving with pot it gets fixed.

I assume this can be easily fixed by adding small value resistor, so the resistance is never 0 Ohm.
But it would be nice to fix the firmware for next customers :-)

Thank you for the heads up.

I will take a look at the firmware and see if I can find an issue.
