It's easy to set the B-III up exactly like a B-II.

Hi Vitali, Russ (and other dual mono Buffalo II/III + single Legato users)
What's the present consensus on the best way to implement this? Paralleling the outputs of all the DACs on the chip gives twice the "usual" output current. Did you halve the value of R1-4? But this will shift the dc setpoint of the output; did you also change R10,11,14,15 to reset this?
I perversely use non TP voltage regulators to power Legato, which are already operating close to their maximum current limit, so might have difficuly accomodating the changes necessary
Thanks
Paul

You can actually leave the legato resistors as they are, you will just get 6db more output, which could actually be helpful.

Hi Paul,
I have not changed anything. And for me the extra 6dB was very good. I dropped the preamplifier for the active crossover (bass)
Regards, Vitali
