Ventus EZ volume pot value ? Strange behaviour...

Hey Guys, just put together my new ventus ez with it configured SE with 100K input impedance (R4) in non-inverting input form. I am currently using a 10K pot (whatever I had on hand) but the volume adjustment doesn't seem to ramp properly. It is very quiet for the first few degrees of the turn, then gets louder extremely rapidly until the volume level maxes out well before half a whole turn. What appears to be the issue ? PS. The headphone I'm using with it are some 50ohm sennheisers. Also the pot value I tried are 10K and 50K. Thanks in advance. Edited by user Monday, August 15, 2011 4:53:15 PM(UTC)

Turns out I inadvertently wired the pot with the input and outputs swapped in my final build...
Issue resolved.
BTW, 10k was a good value for a pot, 50K was a bit high.
