I found this new electronic volume control chip offered by NJR , possible to made a new volume control kit based on this chip?

Thanks, but actually that chip does not look like anything I would be interested in. Look at the distortion numbers, they actually are not great. There are other chips that perform just as well. I prefer to work passively or in the digital domain for volume control.
