thanks for everything Twisted Pear! I ordered 2 sets from you guys and had great communication with Brian over email the third quarter of last year. well I finally got the DAC (I commissioned a local DIY genius to do it) and it exceeds every expectation. I use it with a pair of powered bookshelves and with my Stax Lambda Pro headphones. the sound is totally beyond what I have heard before. I am a headphone guy venturing to full audio and I will base my setup on your incredible DAC.

what I like most about it is the extreme detail resolution. so much in fact that I discovered a lot of flaws on my cd rips that I wasn't able to hear before. and for a neutral revealing DAC to sound so enjoyable is downright amazing. the sound is just so alive, even jumping out of my speakers. I cannot wait to upgrade my bookshelves.

I am a noob when it comes to electronics but I love my audio and this DAC definitely delivered, and much more. more power to you guys!
