Off-topic to discuss Buffalo vs. CD555 really, and a bit unfair - the latter's a source and DAC combined whereas the buffalo is dependent of the quality of source to give of its best. My system? Well, it's very good at revealing the quality of what it's fed (sometimes a double-edged sword) but the Buffalo certainly isn't disgraced.
