Is there one? I'd like to pre-order as part of the next batch.

I have been trying to purchase a set of Tridents also, with no luck.

Another option would be to publish a schedule of availablity like you do for the Buffalo II.

At least then those that are interested can know when to order.

Thanks for the great products!

I too am waiting for the next batch, of the nine TPA items I want to buy for my project six are out of stock. Perhaps a waiting list open to registered users would give Brian a better idea of what quantities of parts to order.

Even better, give those on the waiting a days head start when releasing the batches, from the comments here and on diyaudio I know I've missed a few releases of components I'm waiting on because they come and go at random times. That way I would only have to check TPAs site once a day.

I'd be grateful for any update on when the Tridents will be available again. I've just ordered everything else to enable me to convert to dual mono but can't proceed until I get another set of Tridents.

Pre-orders would be very helpful!

Or maybe Brian is building a pile of those little babies. Lets hope that, I could use a couple for my Buffalo Uno.

maybe but why preorder on lots of stuff except tridents?
they´ve had a few (stability/reliability) issues as well, so who knows?

Don't think so.

There was a few reliability incidences but it was down to installation / end-user created problems (hopefully I haven't offended anyone). Just don't feed them more than 5.5V (absolutely max).

Ok but concact in the socket for the analog supply could be better. The others I have soldered direct without sockets.

Sockets are not dictated. :) But they sure do work well.

There have been no stability issues with Trident. Only some minor cases of user error or misunderstanding.

The delay all comes down to time and supply chain.

Guilty...Sick (but not offended!)

Good to learn the Tridents will become available again - I've now got most of the components to convert to dual-mono, just need a set of Tridents to complete my second Buffalo board.

I've now received all the modules to enable me to build up the dual-mono Buffalo. Please can we have a rough idea of when the Tridents will be available again? Or should I remove the ones on my existing Buffalo so I can proceed?

Dear TPA Guys,

I like your products very much, especially buffalo II.

As I am constantly checking your status with Tridents wondering how the sound can be even better...would you be please so kind and tell me (us):

- if there will be any tridents anyway
- if there is a chance to buy bare pcbs and get all parts elsehwere and made it by my own
- what timeframe we can expect (roughly).

Many thanks!

Vit

There definitely will be more tridents. they are being built now. :)

No there will be no bare PCBs.

I can't be certain on timing as Brian has some things he has to wait on. My guess is just a week or two for pre-orders, but its in Brian's very capable hands at the moment. Sorry for the delay, but we both have been very busy with other things lately.

hope you build a "buffer" to meet demand.
really annoying to have to superwise your pages to catch a few minutes opportunity to pre-order some parts
just random walk if I actually hit the right timing.....
should be a feature where one could set up an alert for new activity on web shop
a feature that´s much used in other applications
I also think you should make a decision:
where should you "broadcast" your news/intensions:
here or on diyaudio.com ?
I think here!

best
