Unless my circuit tracing is bad, it appears that the + and - balanced output of the left channel of the IVY-III is incorrect. The board labelling of + and - should be transposed to maintain correct phase. Can someone with more experience please verify?

Let be more clear. The board is correct your "tracing" (to what point I am not sure since there is a schematic) is not.
