Hi Russ & Brian My problem is PLACID no current across R3(0.050-0.060VDC) 1.Unload DCout-5.45V,R8-0.350VDC (OK) 2.Loaded-Power-on DCout down to 4.7V,R8-0.340V; Adj.- V1,DCout to 4.5V,R8-0.30V,R3-0V(??)V2 cannot adj. DCout. How to fix it? Thank you
