I'm trying to learn and I'm wondering why there is the parallel RL circuit on the output of the Ventus.
What I have been able to find out is that this is a commonly used circuit in amplifier output stages to "isolate the amplifier from capacitive loading effects at high frequencies".
Q1: I will be trying the Ventus (4 pcs) for summing, DC-coupled to a dual-mono Buf/Legato combo and the load will be XLR-cable/UCD modules (input impedance 1k8). Are the inductors likely to be beneficial?
Q2: I have understood how to set the input impedance of the Ventus (with 2k resistors in the kit). What is the optimal setting for use with Legato?
Cheers,
Nic
