Hello, I'm finishing a Placid Bipolar 2.1.2, but I don't understand well this part of the manual  : Then adjust the VOUT pots (VR3 and VR4) to close to their maximum resistance which should be ~2K.The VR3 and VR4 are 10K units, should I adjust to 2K?. Best Regards

You can adjust to 2K, but I would simply adjust them to their maximum.
It idea is that this will get you a very low output voltage, and you can adjust upward from there.
