On my digital, trying to achieve 5.5V, I start at about 4.3V but can only adjust the voltage down from there with the pot.

On my analog, I get about 4V, but when trying to adjust, the voltage doesn't move. I'm scared to leave it on too long for fear of frying it (not that I have any reason to believe it would, but I've already fried one before so I'm ultra sensitive this time around.)

Thoughts?

(All LEDs turn on.)

Here are a few. Not sure if they're good enough for critical viewing though. If not, I'll try to get some better pics up tomorrow. Thanks for the help!

Are the pictures not good enough or do I just need to be more patient? :)

Nothing obvious wrong? Any thing less than obvious to check?
