Dammit...! Due to static electricity zap, my Volumite is no longer regulating. I think I killed the Atmel. When I insert the original BII Atmel into it's socket, the DAC plays. When I insert the zapped, the DAC playes, but very quiet. Russ, any chance what you can send me the hex code for the Volumite, please. I have access to Atmel programming tool. I have the original BII Atmel here, my plan is to reprogram that and use that for the Vol. G' just realizes, that the BII plays even without firmware processor at all. Have I killed the DAC datalines ?? I certainly don't hope so. No, can't be, then there would be no difference between the 2 Tiny's. Looked at a 'scope, I have activity on the datalines. I must have killed the inputport. Edited by user Wednesday, July 7, 2010 6:17:21 AM(UTC)

Probably killed the ADC that monitors the pot voltage.

Yes, no doubts. Nice to test the build in safety feature, no pot - lowest volume Edited by user Wednesday, July 7, 2010 7:53:48 AM(UTC)
