I'm in the process of assembling my balanced JT and have a couple of questions.
1. c1,c2 and c4 that came with the kit for the control board are 220nF and not 100nF. I know it probably doesn't make much of a difference but want to make sure it is ok to use those.
2. Is there a way to properly strip the flat cable? I have a 'regular' wire stripper but don't see any way to strip this one in a neat way.
Thanks, Christoffer

I can only answer the first question. :) Yes 220nf caps are fine in those spots. :)

Hi Chris-
You do not need to strip the ribbon cable. The supplied connectors are designed to cut through the insulation when you compress the back and front parts. I carefully align where I want the connector, squeeze it partially with my finders to sort of seat it, then gently insert it into my bench vice and compress.
Be sure to align the red line with the little arrow side of each connector.

Funny, now that I have had a cup of coffee I see I could have easily answered that question. :)
Thanks Brian :D
