if i add balsie to buf 32 it will sound better than using + and gnd for single ended?

Yes, but either way, performance will suffer significantly by not using current-mode and an I/V stage. You will also want to add some low-pass filtering (around 50kHz is fine).

I added the Ballsie lite to my Buff32 The one that has IVY on board and was very pleased with the results

Ah, just read your question a little more closely... B32 (I have BII on the brain).
Yes, You will get slightly better DNR with Ballsie.
