I recently received my parts for an Opus DAC and have put them all together. I have an LCDPS that's powering a MUX receiver and TOSLINK module, the 2 rails on the LCDPS read 7.7v when floating and when the MUX and TOSLINK modules are attached. I've verified these modules working by feeding the MUX SPDIF output to my current DAC.
When I connect the Opus module to the LCDPS the LCDPS output reads 1.17v. This happens on both LCDPS rails.
Visually, the Opus module looks fine, and there's not much that could have gone wrong in putting it together, just 4 caps and headers.
What could be going on here? Think

EDIT - I can also tell you that both VRA and VRD read about 24mV at their output.
