I am not sure how to set all the jumpers. I want dual differential balanced output. I don't understand the manual explaination regarding the jumpers. Please list what all of the jumpers should be set to. Which ones to the right, which ones to the left and which ones should be open (no jumper). OPUS I2S DM1 DM0 MuteB Mode IWO RSTB Zero DiffHW And the Spdif Receiver jumpers: AIF_MS TXSRC AIFCONF1 AIFCONF0 Thank you Darren PS I assembled the LCPS. Please help.  . I want to actually wire this thing and try it tonight  . One thing. I do understand this part "To operate the DAC in dual differential(mono) mode you set the DIFFHW pin high. The MODE pin
then set which channel the DAC will handle. MODE high = right, and MODE low = left. When the
DAC is in differential mode the output pins are paralleled so that the DAC operates with lower
distortion and noise."I am just not sure what to do with the other jumpers. Darren

The other jumpers will be setup the same as for stereo, with only the changes for dual mono applied. If in doubt check the manual and for advanced stuff the datasheet. If you still are having issues please let me know. You also might want to check the new manual on the opus page. Even though it's for the newer PCBs the relevant details for switch (jumper) settings are identical. Edited by user Wednesday, February 13, 2008 6:54:09 AM(UTC)

PS I assembled the LCPS. It works great! dialed right in to 7.5v I have the same question ... The manual says Quote:Recommended Stereo Configuration:

The markings on the switch are actually "-"(minus) "O"(open) "+" (plus) "-" = logical 0 "+" = logical 1 "O" open which is required when something other then the switch will be controlling the port. Hope that helps. Cheers! Russ Edited by user Saturday, April 5, 2008 2:22:31 PM(UTC)

I have found this kind of swtich very useful. I might consider to use this in my other project.
May I ask what is the make and part number of the dip switch?
