Hey guys!

As my second Buffalo II is flying across Atlantic towards me (thanks Brian!), I thought I'd ask this.
Has anyone tried BII 80Mhz + BII 100Mhz dual mono combo?
If not, what are my options, will it ever work?

Thanks,
Fedor

Hi LeonvB!

Thank you for the quick answer. Well, there's only way to know for sure :) I'll post here when it's ready.

BTW, great guide you got there, I found all the answers to my Dual Mono questions, thanks!

As long as you use the two Buffalo II with S/PDIF input, I will expect no problems.
However, in the case of I2S, I have one concern not on clock frequencies but on register setting.

Posting back as promised.

@Bunpei - sorry, I missed your answer, but I2S seems to work fine.

Just finished building it over the weekend, and although it is IMO the worst possible config for dual mono (being BII 80Mhz + BII 100Mhz mounted on one Legato), it still sounds pretty awesome! :)

I'd like to thank Russ and Brian for such a wonderful kits (second Buff and Tridents started up flawlessly).
And also LeonvB for great guide, which have all the answers.
