Hi,
I'm just building the OPUS and so far I've got the power supply up and running with the voltages adjusted to 7.5V op. When I connect the power supply to the receiver board all 4 led lights even though I have not connected any input to the board. From the receiver manual, you say that the GEN_FLAG goes green when there is a good SPDIF lock so I'm guessing that as I haven't connected any input this is wrong. The DIP switch setting makes no difference at all, all 4 LEDs are permanently on.
I have connceted the board to the dog out of a cd player and again all 4 LED are lit irrespective of the player playing, being in pause, stopped or powered down.
Any ideas?
Mike

OK, so I reversed the LEDs and they are all red instead of green. Looks as though the LED changes colour depending on the SPDIF signal status. The fact that my LEDs don't change colour when connected to the cd player may mean that my dig out from the cd player is dead. I'll try a different source.

Hi Mike, it sounds like you on the right track. if you send a photo of your configuration I can see if it looks OK.

It tests ok with my squeezebox (I think). I get 4 red lights and when I turn the SB on I get 3 green lights and the non'audio LED remains red. I guess this is what I should be expecting.
Great kit by the way. Can't wait to finish it :-)
