Soldering the power supply PCB is pretty straightforward, but you will need to be careful to do the rectifier diodes last. The following steps work fine.

First take the rectifier diodes (D1- D8) and a blank PCB and preform the leads. Install the diodes one at a time and cut the leads on the top side . Then set each of the diodes aside for later. This way you will not have to cut the leads from the top, which would be very difficult to do because they will be covered by resistors R1-R4.

Next solder the SMD common mode chokes (L1, L2) on the bottom side.

Next solder all the top side components board starting with the shortest parts and moving up.

The last parts to be soldered will be the rectifier diodes. Place them on the bottom side and solder on the same side, that is the solder will go on the bottom side same as the part.
