Hi all,

I am building opus dac with usb->i2s module.
The usb-i2s module is powered with batteries and is switched on and off with a siwtch.

I want to know if I can let the opus with power on whith the module usb->i2s is off.
That is, the opus powered on will not do anything wrong or be damaged if there is no input on the i2s bus ?

Thanks for your help and your work.
Regards

Louis.

This should not cause any issues as long as you abide by the limitations in the datasheet.

I took a look at the datasheet and apart from AVDD and DVDD (5V and 3.3V) I don't see what limitation you are talking.
I've seen also that "DVDD must be established before MLCK is started", that is all.
