Still confused.

What happens if i put OSR to high in my present setup without the metronome. Will it play all sample rates? (I know i can try but to get to the dip switch of the Opus is a bit of work since it tightly packed in my case)

If you put OSR to high, then all sample rates will play but there will be no oversampling inside the chip. This determines the filters being used. (I don't know if this can be called "NOS")

Oke i put OSR to high and all sample rates play beautifully. I have no idea what it does to filters or if it is like NOS now but i am happy with the result and dont need the metronome. But Just out of interest would like to know how the filtering is handeld at the moment.

this Musiland USD is really a great USB receiver

The biggest difference in filters is when you feed 44.1K sample rate. With no upsampling in the DAC the filter will roll off earlier. You can read more http://hifiduino.blogspo...8741-filter-setting.html
