Hi Brian, Russ,

My mux suddenly lost lock today. It's been playing for about 7 hours today, and then while I was on a call I noticed the lock light on buffalo was flickering. On investigation I have zero voltage between 0 and 1 pads. I have 3.3v showing between gnd and vd pads. The lock light on the mux lights briefly when I change input selection.

Any ideas? Dead voltage reg? Any pointers on where to stick my probes?

ta

James

Ok, both regs appear to be working, 3.3v recorded on both tabs. Still 0v at both 0 and 1 on the select pads.

Took the board out and retouched all the solder joints, adding a bit more in a few places, and for the moment it seems to have fixed things. Getting locks now. Phew. Hopefully that's that sorted.
