Finally finished up my dual differential setup and now I have problems. My setup was working perfectly with just one DAC so my guess is that I made a booboo with the jumpers. I have both a v1.0 and a 2.0 DAC module. The 1.0 module is supposed to be left channel and the 2.0 the right one. When I run it with the jumpers set the way I think its supposed to be, I get sound but severely distorted. Please take a look at my pics and see if you can find any errors, I bet you can ;) 1.0 module, left channel 2.0 module, right channel

Are both channels distorted, or just one?

Try getting one mono channel at a time working. Can you take a wider angle pic so I can see how the Metronome and Receiver are configured? Also make sure you have the DAC outputs correctly wired.

Everything was working nicely before I change to dual differential so my guess is jumper settings or wiring is incorrect. Ill take more pricture tomorrow too. Thanks.

Hey, I solved the problem. The solution is called RTFM :) I wired it up incorrectly from the DAC modules to the Ballsie. Its working great now. Fantastic DAC dudes :) Edited by user Tuesday, March 11, 2008 2:42:21 AM(UTC)
