Hello Guys, My first post here and looking for a little help if possible. I have been following the Buffalo almost since it's inception on DIY Audio, and I have finally decided to take the plunge and build one. While I am perfectly happy to order and pay on-line, the last batch sold out so quickly I never got a chance. The new batch timing leaves me with little chance if the same sort of thing happens, especially as where I am it will go on sale at 4AM (a little bit early in the morning for me to get up - I doubt I will even be able to focus on the screen at that time ( now if I was getting up at that time to go fishing it would be different!). I'm not looking to circumvent your system of ordering, but is there any other way of doing this other than getting up at 3.30 in the morning, drinking a ton of coffee and then sitting with the browser open to try and (hopefully) get my order in?

Well I tried at 7.30 this morning, and was hopeful as the panel said 'for sale' refresh the page - but I guess they had all sold again very quickly. I am perfectly prepared to be patient, but I now have to wait another two weeks -(and in all honesty, I can see the same thing happening again) then another two weeks... at that stage I know me well enough to know that patience will then go else where. Like I said above, I am not looking to que jump, but I really would like to at least find some way of joining that que. Surely a simple - place your 50% deposit here and your board(s) will be despatched on ** ** ** would work? At least then I would have a date to be patient to and work around everything else I would need to build this dac. I fully understand that you guys do this as a hobby, not a full time job, but please be aware that you may well soon become victims of your own products popularity!

Well, I logged on to the webpage minutes before the deadline and waited for the countdown clock to reach zero, refresh the page and click "Add to Cart" the items I wanted and checked out within one minute, then paid via Paypal and to my surprise I was successful! I wonder what is the quantity of B 2 dac they produce each batch (2 weeks)? Is the volume too small that they are zapped up within minutes each time?
