In developing the b2? I have recently become enamored with 32bit dacs and have heard very good things about the AK4399. It seems similar to the ES9018 - did you ever look at the AK? (is this a silly question?)

I have looked at it. Its a good chip, but the ESS9018 is much better, and I can't see producing 4 different DAC modules at the moment. Edited by user 14 years ago
