I recently received a placid, single supply, and the kit is missing the 1R R3 and R8 resistors. Since these are reference resistors, can I use a 10R I happen to have? Or do I need you to send me some? If you need to send me parts, I should inventory the parts in the other boards I have, but have yet to open. Thanks.

you're not going to want to use a 10R, the volt drop will be too high you know E(V) = I*R

So, I am new to this forum and Twisted Pear. How do i get hold of Russ or Brian so I can get them to send me the missing resistors? I certainly can order them myself, but that is not the point.

Typically you send an email to parts@twistedpearaudio.com (on the Contact page on the web site). I will send you the missing resistors.

Sorry, I missed the proper email channel, I thought I looked for one, but I guess not. My bad. I will email my information when I get home. Do you agree that I can't use 10R resistors instead? If I can, no parts needed.
