I've got an opus with a SPDIF-transceiver and a toslink-module.
Two seperate LCDPSs (one for the opus and one for transceiver and toslink-module)
and also two seperate power transformers.
Now I'm not sure which fuses I should use. Will it do to attach for each trafo a fuse
on the primary side? And which data should it have?

Well, I searched for an answer and I think I can calculate it myself...
The transormer has 15VA and 230V primary, equals 65,2mA maximum, right?
So I'll take 80mA middle and it should fit...

I would use something like .5A - 1A fast blow. You need to remember the inrush current.

but isn't it better to take one with less current but in exchange middle-blow or slow-blow?

No, the faster you get rid of the current that is too high the better. A short is the most common failure a fuse protects against, and in that case the current will be high enough to blow just about any fuse. But with a slow-blow fuse you will maintain the high current for a longer period of time, thus risking more damage.
