I populated with the components according to the bom but when I adjust the offset I can not bring it to 0. I have noticed a difference compared to the schematics for R11 and R10 which is right? And why Manual is not accessible ? Best regards

Double check you don't have a cold solder joint. The Value of R10/R11 is not critical, they just need to be the same.
