Just start my Buff II + Ivy III & everythings O.K. but just one question, that immediately rushed into the eyes: diode D2 on AVCC shunt reg. lights up as it have to be, lets say, but D1 is 5-6 times lesser, i.e. just very slightly light. Voltmeter reads 1.9v across DI and 1.75v across D2. PS for Buffalo is 5.0v. Do I have to rise it up to suggested 5.5 v ? Or do I have just close my eyes and open the ears?

I would indeed use 5.5V. But the brightness is not a critical factor in the least. :)

This is actually normal behavior. The two LEDs are not performing mirror functions in the circuit, so have different brightnesses.

help, do not run my new buffalo II
I have mounted, the power supply to Buffalo II no load, the power supply for buffalo, supply voltage +5.5 V. when connecting the Buffalo II powering +1.75, and not turn the LED on Buffalo II, even when I turn potentiometer power supply, not increase the tension ... Why did this happen?
I have mounted, the power supply for IVY III, no load, the power supply of IVY III powering +14.98 and -14.98. when connecting the IVY III powering +10.90 and -1.41, even when I turn potentiometer power supply, not increase the tension ... Why did this happen?
I ask for help, afraid I sweat, I can not hear. Thanks to all loredana
