I just received my BII.
I also got a placid PS+transformer, but at first I will use a LCDPS from the 24 buffalo.

In the BII package there is a little bag AVCC shunt reg...
What do I do with this?

Look at the pictures on the buffalo order page on our site. It illustrates the AVCC module and how it mounts.It is required for the DAC to function.
