Waiting to receive the 200 ohms trimmer I used one 1k trimmer that I have on hand for VR2 also I left in 100 ohms position the 1K trimmer.

Both leds don't lit, measured the Vout & adjusted with pot VR4 to 5.5V but can't possible adjust CCS with VR2 because the voltage across R17 is always 0V.

Check for a cold/open solder joint. If the LEDs are not lighting then there is no current flowing through the JFET. Either that or they are backward, and/or you have some swapped parts.

Where leds backwards connectedd'oh!, now all is ok: Vout 5.5V & CCS 0.35V across R17Applause
