Is it normal that the VD stays at around 1.67V after connected to the LCDPS? Before connecting to the Buffalo, the output of LCDPS is 5V. The VA stays at 15V after connected to the LCBPS. I am a beginner and really need some help.

I just find that two legs of ES9018 are soldered together. Is it normal? I attached a photo of what I find.

No, that is not normal. That solder bridge should not be there. You can send it to me for repair. Sorry about that.

Brian,

Thank you for your quick reponse. I will return it to repair tomorrow. Should I send it to the PO box stated on the original package? Thank you very much.

Steven
