On my now retired and much beloved DAC (the DDDAC)I used SMPS (Skynet 8080)as PSU. This gave the best results for this DAC. I tried this based on a recommendation from Nick at Decibel dungeon.

This SMPS delivers 5v and 12v outputs. I am tempted to try this SMPS on the buffalo, but would like to verify that these voltages are ok for the buffalo. I would hate to fry my precious DAC
