My package came with R6,R15 22.1R(1/4W dales) instead of 47R
is it OK to use these or should i replase with 47R?

We changed the values of those to 22.1R. You are good to go.

By the way , this is the 2nd Buffalo DAC I am building (the 1st one is with LCDPS & LCBPS)
and I want to say that it is an EXCELENT piece of equipment.
The best I have tested at these price level but also better than many more expencive brand name units.
