I have to turn it almost to full before i get any real volume or sound out of it...
and when it is very low i here an extremely loud pop in my headphones before i can hear anything...
i have it setup as a test bed right now and there is also lots of sound distortion its not very clear

im running a balanced josha tree setup wired as you illustrated in your diagram here http://www.twistedpearau...t.aspx?g=posts&t=629i have noted that the in + goes to in and not the ground.. i have it wired to a beta22 balanced amplifier when i do a resistance comparison on the jtree from 0- full volume i get 1.82 k ohms at 0 and i get 750~ ohms at full i dont know if that helps any
