I guess you are referring to the transformer connections to the power supplies ? Looks ok but you are actually only using one rail of the LCDPS so there is not much reason to power the second rail. Nic Edited by user Wednesday, September 23, 2009 1:31:25 PM(UTC)

You've not wired the negative rails of the two LCBPS to the board! (in the photo at least)

The LCBPS supplies have three outputs: +, GND, -. All three of these need to be supplied to the Buffalo analog stages. In the pictures you only have - and GND connected. This will result in bad things.

While you are at it, you might want to double-check that you have + and GND in the correct spots just to be sure.
You also want to set the output voltages from the supplies BEFORE connecting them to the DAC.

Thanks allot guys, it's very much appreciated.
I'd like to congratulate the Twisted Pair guys for an outstanding job. It sounds terrific. And thats after running for like 45min's.
Now I'd like to see how things sound if I connect a 6SN7 to the output.
Anyone ever try redundant output stage?
