Hello:
I have finished my Buffalo32S v1.1 with 2xLCBPS + LCDPS + USB receiver/DAC and I am very satisfied because I like very much the sound of this DAC.
The work temperatures of some components in my unit are, 50 degrees Celsius in the ES9018, and 62 degrees aprox in the opamps. I adjusted PSUs to +/-15v. for VA Left/Right and +5v. for VD, all PCBs are out of the box and I've connected this Buffalo in a balanced headphone amplifier (4ch Millett Hibryd Max).
Are these temperatures correct in these work conditions?

Yes, the DAC draws a substantial amount of current through some of the active components. They run pretty warm.
As long as it working correctly things are just fine.
