hello
what´s the easiest way to make a switch between the tapped sacd signal and spdif signal into the Buffalo 32?
I know how to get the signal out of the chip but not how to select between the 2 input formats
best

A simple way is to have a switch (like the OTTO from TPA) next to the DAC to select between SPDIF and DSD ("sacd signal" if you want). This requires that you have access to TTL level SPDIF. If not, buy a MUX that output TTL level SPDIF, and wire accordingly. The detailed information is around on the TPA forum and I'm currently using such a configuration with success.
An interesting alternative is to replace the onboard SPDIF comparator switch with a panel mounted version or wait for software control of this function.
AC1 and Femto any news?
